Late Starters

I was just wondering if any of you met your partners and started your families slightly later, say in your 30's?

I met my husband when I was 19 and we didn't have our first child until I was 31 (and he was 41).

I had my first at 26 and now i'm expecting my second. I will have this one when i'm 28 (here's to hoping as it's due on my birthday :-)

I think that's quite late for todays generation, as they seem to have them much younger nowadays.

I met Mr CRX when i was 31 and had kids at 32 and 35

I met my husband when I was 28 we were married just before I was 30 had baby no 1 at 34 and no 2 at 35. My sister didn't get married until she was 36 and had her first baby at 39 and 2nd at almost 43.

My two were born when I was 36 and 42 respectively.

Well I met my other half age 15, got together at 18 but waited until I was 27 before having first then had the second (and last lol) at 33.

I met lordalex at 16, started going out with him at 18, got married at 23 and we had the son-and-heir when I was 36 and he was 37. Seems a very long time ago now...

Met my O/H when I was 30 and she was 18, and been happily wed for 45years, and hope for many more.(and that`s some hope)

Met when we were 16, had daughter at 17, 2nd daughter at 19, then had a boy when I was 24, started when I was very young but wouldn't change it for the world i'm now 30 and definately not having anymore, most of my friends are now starting to have there first babies and I just think Thank god that i've been there and done that...

I married mr mac at 34 (and he was 49) - kids aren't an option for us though due to health problems on his part. My former boss met a guy in her mid 30's, had her first child at 37, and went on to get married and have another 2 by the time she was 43. You've plenty of time Milly :)

i had my number one son at 17...he's just turned 18 and i feel very old! my brother is 38 (his missus is 41) and they have a two year old and one on the way. i snigger to myself that he'll be nearing sixty with two teenagers in the house. ha! x

I was 32 when I had my first and 39 when I had my second.I am now 46. Both boys. Much easier birth etc with the second! x

I'm 34 and not had a child yet....nor met Mr Right! I'm hoping I'm not too late! lol

I met The hubby when I was 18, he was 26, married at 25, Son arrived at 27 and had our daughter 21 days after my 30th.
My sister in laws sister is due her 4th in 5 years age 44. Plenty of time!!
I wont be doing it again though!! ;)

I met OH when I was 22, got married when I was 27 - I'm about to turn 30 and still don't feel grown up enough to have children yet!

Be careful bushbay - I wasn't going to have any children and didn't have our first till I was 31 (and now we have got 5).
