I'm trying to think of a nice DVD I can get for my nephew for Christmas as part of his present. Was going to go for a Muppets Christmas Carol (as something I loved when I was younger) as lots of cute things to watch and signing and dancing about and such he can watch again and again but they already have that apparently.

I thought something nice with lots for him to watch and listen too at this age.

I've no idea what things are popular with little ones of that age so thought I'd ask for ideas. Maybe something he can dance or clap along to and he loves his music group and the maracas I got him for his birthday.

Poor little love is suffering badly with chickenpox at the moment so want to get him something extra special.

Thank you for any help :)

AAAAGH!!!!

AB mixes up links if you provide two or more Amazon links in one post!

The link above is for my second suggestion. (Click on the customer reviews. It's very popular).

With a bit of luck, this is the link for Lunar Jim:

My nephew is 16 months old and is daft on Barney. He giggles every time he watches it. lol
The Lunar Jim recommendation was based upon this list, compiled by a mum:

Apparently these are the very chaps!!:

Make my skin crawl, but they are the JLS of the toddler world!!
At that age my boys were obsessed with Carol Vorderman and the Direct Line advert.......
I though a Muppets Christmas Carol was terrifying when I was wee!! Marley and Marley and the Ghost of Christmas Yet to Come.... no way!

Thank you all :) Ok, so Lunar Jim, Barney and The Wiggles, I'm off to google on HMV! So grateful for the help, had no idea what is the in thing these days :)

I did find some old things I used to watch on DVD but guessing they will seem really dated nowadays! Things like Chorlton and the Wheelies, Button Moon, Bagpuss... :) Going to go for something more update I think!
