I'm posting this here because I don't know exactly where else it fits. What sort of flowers would be appropriate for a lady about to turn 90? She is in the Antipodes, not the UK. Any and all suggestions very welcome.

M & S send overseas, check out their website and pick an appropriate bouquet for the dear lady.

That's hard to answer because different things will be available. When we lived in America, I used to contact a florist local to whoever i was sending the flowers to and tell them what I wanted and discuss the options. The outcome was always lovely. There might be an extra charge on your credit card for doing this though. Is there someone else who lives in Oz who could do this for you or at least help you with florist contact details?
