I was wondering if anyone knew of how to go about, how to complain about a social worker and their line manager who have lied to lots of people on a case.
Do you have to contact the local council or is there a nationwide office. Also can someone ask for a new social worker, should they not be happy with the one assigned to a case?. Thanks

You can always ask nowt to lose...complaints go to director of social services I'd imagine, phone your council and get a name..
