Mother's House Sale

mum's house has sold,stc,after 18 months,sis & I went to see this pm,seems to be ok with it at moment,sounds bad,but she's blowing hot'n'cold over sale for 18 months & 2 failed sales.so with good luck & a fair wind ,3rd time lucky.just the house clearance to sort out,bliss!all ,poss.by christmas!!
