What do you think his actions mean?
So today I was at work and I had just come back from lunch break. I was freezing and my manger suggested I take some boxes to the back room where it was warmer. I told him it was not and I would warm up eventually. Then one of the head cashier said something and he asked me if I had ever come closed I said no. So he takes the time to to show me where the boxes would go and starts making small talk. He holds the door open but I feel weird about it and just tell him to go first. I asked him if the whole point of going to the back was so I would warm up and he said yea. We were about to head back up to the check out when he asked me if I knew how to make a hey. Making a key is not in my job title and no one needed to make a key. So we went to the key mechine and he taught me how to make one. He didn't leave until I started heading back. When we reached the check outs his shift was over. But he wanted me to go back on break. I told him he always had a habit of sending me early and he just smiled and said he was following the chart. So was he just killing time before he had to leave or were his actions of something else. By the way I sort of Luke him so I don't know if I'm thinking more into than I should.
