Can anyone possibly recommend some noise-stopping (for want of a better word) headphones that can be worn comfortably in bed. To put it tactfully, ear plugs (even the highest db) aren't very good, so I have been trying a pair of industrial type headphones (the sort builders use to cut out drilling noise). they aren't bad, but soooooooooo uncomfortable when lying in bed. And of course, they look pretty ridiculous! Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Cheers, Chox.
