Yesterday my mom read my diary in which i made an entry that i hated her and that she is being selfish and is meddling with my life. I wrote that as long as she's with me i will never be able to achieve my goals.I am 16. I was actually mad at her and all these just flew out of me, though i didn't mean them. I never wrote such stuff earlier.I accept that i misunderstood her and i made a mistake. Actually, her mother and my dad don't get along well with her as there were rough times a few months ago and she thinks the only people that love her are me and her brother (my uncle). I regret for writing all this stuff and she's very upset and thinks i have been acting all this time. She hasn't been talking to me since then and left early to work today without even looking at me. She's really mad and heart broken. I love her but all that I wrote was just because i couldn't control my emotions. I want to kill myself for having done this. I feel really guilty and even begged her for forgiveness, but she just stayed quiet. How can i get her back?

You are only 16... You're young, as your mum, she should be the one to come to you and apologise for her behaviour or if she didn't feel the need to apologise, she should teach and educate you on her actions so you understand them. To ignore you and give you the cold shoulder is immature in my personal opinion. Her going through your diary reading it proves she is...

You claim to be the mum on your other thread.

Meh she'll get over it. Don't over dramatise this and allow it to become bigger than it is. she breached your trust reading your diary, I'd be very annoyed about that. Tell her you love her, tell her you are however entitled to have privacy, and discuss the issues that caused you to write them in the first place. this is a wonderful chance to get your relationship on a better footing, bit stop obsessing over it, and don't let it drag out and become a massive drama.
You did. You refuse to clarify how FGM can be detected other than by an examination (because it can’t. You realise this and then reverted to your normal trick of ‘go and research it yourself’ which is always quite amusing to witness). You then made a comment saying remainers were scared and that we should have walked away, ignoring the logic of legal processes which always had to be filled.
For an intelligent woman you let yourself down sometimes.

Zacs, nonsense. I haven’t mentioned FGM being detected other than by examination. Of course examination is necessary. As for the EU thing, I said we should have fulfilled our obligations and then walked away. And you reckon you understand other people’s posts? You need to try harder. Much harder!
Sorry for the disruption, Harshitha. It wasn’t my intention.
