My best guy friend said he would never hurt a girl. My ex-best friend came up to me in the hallway and tried punching me. My guy friend saw and caught the punch with one hand. He punched her jaw with the other. I later found out that he has a crush on her and thinks she is nice. He won't ask her out and keeps standing by, or even on, me. I don't want him to get mad or think I'm jealous, but he should probably know about what happened with her last boyfriend and what happens when he's not around.

13 is very young to be worrying about dating and why either you or your friend would be i interested in a guy who punches girls (or boys!) Is a mystery to me.

You can do better, and as ive said before, find some nicer friends.
