ok so yesterday my boyfriend kind of broke up with me. (i say kind of because my friend did it for him because he did not want to hurt my feelings and now idk if he knows i know) So today i posted a question thing on my instagram, and my friend (girl) responds to this by saying "my pp" as a joke so i respond with "ok" with 2 smirk face emojis. my ex responded to this with :| what do i say??

STOP guessing at things and, for heaven's sake, STOP using Instagram, texting or anything similar for dealing with complex relationships; it's far too easy for misunderstandings to occur with such means of communication.

PHONE your ex (if that's what he really is) and TALK to him. Then PHONE your frend and TALK to her. Then everyone will know where they stand.
