Beggars Belief - But Happy Ending Thanks To Scroungers.

A store's security camera captured a shocking incident in Hobbs, New Mexico last Friday. An 18-year-old mother was seen tossing her newborn baby into a skip. In freezing temperatures, the baby's chances of survival were slim - until a group of skip scroungers found the baby and called 911.

I guess it illustrates, if nothing else, the importance of post-natal supervision and care for mothers whose mental balance, I understand, can be upset by child-birth. Even to the extent of overcoming maternal instincts.

Or is it just another example of how cheap life is in USA.
