A Little In Need Of Massive Help! (Keeping My Secret)

So I believe I'm a little because of a lot of my actions and they fit in the lines of age regression. For those who don't know what age regression is, it's when you regress into the mind set of a child.
Here is the problem, my friends want to have a rainbow picnic where each person is assigned a color of food to bring. But, my friends are a bit weird (which is why I love them) and thought we should use baby bottles for the drinks. I know they want to do it for fun but I'm scared I might slip into little space. It doesn't help that it's in the park too where I'm going to struggle even more. I don't want them to know and treat me any differently, especially in school because I have a decent reputation.
So I don't know if I should come up with a lie to not go to the picnic, go and try my best not to slip, refuse the bottle even though I want it, or just tell them even though that's the one thing I don't want to do. (Please note I'm not 100% sure if they will actually get the bottles but knowing them they will)
I need an answer before April 16 because that's the day of the picnic, please I need advice because I don't want my secret coming out!

You'll be in a group of friends that are having fun - I doubt anyone would notice if you did 'slip' and even if they did, they'd assume you were playing. Don't worry about it
