Ding And Google Pay Charges On Fiance's Statement Account??

I found Ding charges which is an international mobile recharge service, allowing users to send mobile top-up to anyone in the world. He has his own mobile phone company he uses-why would he top up his own number including some other phone numbers in Latin America???....

I also found frequent Google Payment charges on my fiance's account without being able to see what he paid for. They are of small amounts like 2.54, 6,05 etc. but like six or seven in a day.. Could those Google Pay charges be for chat or dating sites?? Last year we almost broke up because I found he was on Tinder..
