I was on the bus stop today after work and I not sure if my friend seen me and I had to rush back to get something before I got on the bus. My friend hasn't said anything but I'm worried if she did see me will think I'm rude

I am sure Abbey's parents do help her and are very aware of her conditions, but the speed with which she moves on to new 'problems' makes me think that no matter what help is offered most of it will go over her head and soon be tomorrow's chip paper.
