I was talking to my dad on the phone. He lives in bullhead city Arizona. He goes rock climbing in his jeep a lot with a bunch of other people, and his gf. They stumbled upon a tree called the panty tree. People hang their panties on it, so my dads gf hung hers on the tree. My dad sent me a picture of the tree and it looked like someone just took a pile of cloths and threw them allover the tree. It looks like a dump. I was gonna say something like "isn't that littering?" But I didn't wanna be a buzz kill.

Here we occasionally have bushes filled with little black bags of dog poop. Now that's littering.
