You don't have to stay out late because 'they' are and you do not have to drink to excess. Go out for a couple of hours if you must and get home at a reasonable hour and be at work on Wednesday. Do you want to risk losing the job it took you so long to get?
Good Morning,
I remember being in my early 20's and partying all night, going home, sleeping for a few hours then getting to the office for 730am.
But, I had a mortgage and bills to pay.
If you don't and you really want to go, why not call in sick?
What is the worst that could happen? You are only young once.
^Abbey, don't call in sick. That's poor advice. Go out with your friends for a few hours, don't drink (it is possible to go out without drinking) go home at 11 and go to work as usual tomorrow. Don't mess this job about. It's more important to you and more valuable to you than a night out boozing with friends and making an exhibition of yourself. There's nothing attractive about drunken women - ever. It's stupid.
