I presume your Mother was free to choose who she gave her house to and that was to your brother (who probably had more time for her than you greedy lot did) when he sold his house he was not obligated to give you a bean but he shared money with you all. Now you expect him to cough up the money to bury your Mother who ain't dead yet? You are a greedy git ain't ya?
the gready git is my brother dint tell you that he tricked mum and said our dad said he could have the house hes not done a thing exept con her and he also sexually aboused 1 of his sisters when she was only 7 years old up to the age of 16 she was to frightend to tell mum and dad but now mum knows she is deverstated and its to late for her to change the gift of deed and he has spent her money that was supposed to pay for the funeral i will pay for mums funeral any way you got the wrong end of the stick we want to help mum the best way possible that will have to be done by solicitor i need possitive advice not neggative thanks for replying any way
Hi Cordey
My love is with you at this hard time when your mum is very unwell.
I think the best thing to do is speak to a solicitor and get proper advice on where you might stand.
My other advice would be to try and keep this mix up from your mum as it's not worth upsetting her if she doesn't have long to go.
Try and sort it out with your brother and maybe ask the other siblings to help too.
And when the sad time comes, sort all the finance out after.
MY love to you and your family
