1 of my wife's mates told her that i ask another girl out for a meal but i never she said this to her as i had a go at her for getting her boos out in public now my wife left me 3 days ago believing her mate over me i told my wife i'm willing to have a lie detector done as i have never cheated on her but she said she still believes her mate and don't want to come back to me what can i do as i love her so much and afraid that now we are not together she might find someone else

if she doesnt trust you and believes her friend over you then is it worth it?

Also if youre concerned that she will find someone else this soon after leaving then do you really think she cares that much about you?

it sounds like your wifes mate is too involved in your lives but then you should not be telling her mate to not get her boobs out.

Approach the friend and say i am sorry i critised you for flashing and i shouldnt have said that but this is my life, my wifes life and we need to get this sorted. Please tell her that the info you gave her was incorrect you believe and to try to make the marriage a success.

Failing that tell her you will sue her for slander unless she clears your name

Write a letter to your wife and tell her you love her dearly, and the last 3 days have been hell. You did not do anything wrong and it hurts that she thinks you have. Tell her to come home and lets get through this.

I'm afraid I agree with Pippa. It just sounds like a poor excuse to me. I'm sorry to say but I think she is probably using this as an excuse to end the relationship and trying to put the blame on you...
