I'm not on my daughters birth cert & her mother wont add me on, is there any way I can be added????

Why weren't you on it in the first place?
Are you sure you are the father? I'm sure the childs' mother had a reason for not including you in the BC.
i looked into this for my brother, you can only get added on wiv her consent.
my brothers ex didnt put him on it because she didnt want to be dictated to for the next 18 years, (he's not like that anyway) but she wants 80 quid a week of him. he wont not pay her cos she could stop him seein babe and he couldnt do anything about it.

There must be a way to be oficially recognised as your daughters father on her birth certificate without the mothers consent even if it means taking it to court. It can't be just up to the mum surely. Try asking in the law section, someone there might know. Good luck :)
how strange i came on to post a preety much identical q i have the dna test results and i have residency of my grandson but his father is not on the birth certificate to give him parental rights could you let me how you got please many thanks
