I had a mad dream last night..I love my kids as all parents should,they are everything to me,i was told that these dreams occur because of the overpowering love we do have as parents...Anyway im taking my kids on a holiday abroad soon,im separated so its just me and them,(again) well the dream was blurry as most are,but basically the plane crashed and we was in the sea,i was holding on to my three sons for dear life( the rest was not so clear) when i saw another passenger holding onto some floating thing that i could put my sons in but there was only room for them and me!! Then i woke up,felt sick at the horrible horrible dream..But then thought about it throughout the day and asked some mates this same question..Would i have killed that person to save my kids so i could have the float?? My answer and all of my friends answers was Yes!! I mean,is that person in all of us??

If that was a real scenario, I think most people'd take it in turns, or both swim along, holding the floaty thing with the children inside.

As bad as it sounds, yes we would all kill another if it meant saving our children.
If it came about that this were to actually happen im sure you would have a clearer head and be able to figure out a way to all stay alive but like i said before, if it came down to your children or them you would choose your children. I know i would

I would think that it would be very difficult to kill someone while you are trying to fight for your own life after a plane crash.

This doesn't make you a bad person and you shouldnt feel horrible. We a have bad dreams and sometimes they involove our children. It sounds to me like maybe there is something going on in your life which involves you and your children in someway that is affecting you which could of caused this dream? Dreams can reflect something thats going on in your life, maybe your worried or stressed about something? I know that i personally would do anything to save my child, if that ment i had to kill someone to make that happen then i would do it! Your not alone on this!!
