it really is about organising your self and gettin in to a routine. i think anyone can run a tidy house if they want to. if u do it on a daily basis it shouldnt get messy especially as you have no kids.

if you are struggling to look after puppy and keep house tidy whilst not working then i suggest you have a serious discussion with your boyfriend about having children. Not just because you cant cope now but the feelings of frustration wont bode too well if you have a baby in the house and that responsibility.
thanks above.
i quit last job because too much traveling and we got our puppy xmas time, we can't leave her alone at home yet. but im looking for part time job at moment, just not really impossible to do full time as my bf always working away.
i usually got up same time with mybf between 5:30 to 6, take the puppy out for toilet then feed her. might back to bed for 1 hr after, then get up again for a shower . normally everyday, doing washing, clean either bedroom or kichen, training the puppy 30 -40 min in both morning and afternoon, and talke her walk for 20 mins. do 1 hr driving lesson, spent 1 to 2 hrs on internet per day, about 4:30pm, prepare dinner, then my bf back at 5:30, we either just chill in or go swimming, or play games.
i left home near 5 years, always renting places, so never really worrying about housework, and i used to live in a very simply lifestyle, so only need look after my own room , thats all. now i first time live with someone, only 4 month so far living with my bf, because he is always working long hours, so im trying to look after the house, i always write a list of things to do today, but at end of the day, i found i never can get them all done, which annoys me:((( even im not working at moment, after dinner and the long day, i feel very tiring as well...about the baby, REDCRX, me and my bg both turn 30 this year, we do wanna have a baby, and we been talking about this for quite a while, and i finally made up my mind to prepare getting pregnant. maybe i should push myself harder to run the house? i totally agree now ETHANRYAN, it is a hard work!!!!

You need to set aside one day where you just blitz the house. If you can motivate yourself to do this one day, then you should only need 'maintenance' cleaning for a few weeks.
I have a husband, 2 children and a mother-in-law (temporarily here - who doesn't help at all) I also look afetr my sister's two girls after school twice a week...and I work 2/3 days.
I find, that if I do all my housework on Monday morning ie, hoover whole house, mop wooden floors, bleach and clean toilets and bathroom, dust (anyone,no?) etc etc, then the house is quite easy to maintain - just a quick tidy up every day. It's boring, mind numbing and thankless but you just need to get on with it! I feel much happier after toiling on a Monday, when it done. This is preferable to feeling rubbish every day, if I had to look at a messy house all week.
Is there a possibility that you are a little depressed? which makes this physically relatively easy task seem overwhelming?

erm, i feel i still not used to stay at home and feel quite isolated and insecure without going to work. all people i know living in different city, but i cant really leave the puppy at home alone for long hours to visit them.
LE CHAT yeah, i found very hard to keep myself motivated to do all those routines everyday, maybe i should try to work hard 2 days per week, then just 'maintenance' .
