Many times Education treat the fruits of a problem as opposed to the ROOTS of the problem. There is clearly a REASON why this is happening.
I suggest the Education Department tommorrow morning.
This was happening to a dear friend of mine. Her little boy was then wrongly diagnosed with ADHD and given Ritalin.
It has since come to light that he has Aspergers.
Take Care and Good Luck.

Are you able to home school him tonneschris? Sounds like something's bothering him very much, and his behaviour may not be his fault. If he's finding the schoolwork impossible to do, or he's playing up to protect himself from bullies, then this needs looking into. As has been said, he may be suffering from AS, ADHD, some form of autism or connected condition, which needs to be investigated by a paediatrician. Meanwhile, try not to shout at your son, as this may isolate his feelings even further. Encourage & support him, and try to set aside time to talk to him and show an interest in whatever he does. Best of luck.

If your child has been permanently excluded you should have been notified by the Local Authority, they have to find an alternative provision for him - initially he may be sent to a Pupil Referral Unit. Usually the officer who deals with children who have been excluded is dealt with by someone in the School Admissions department.
You might also find it useful when you're on the phone to your Local Authority to speak to their Special Educational Needs section - they should be able to advise you what assessments & services are available in your area.

We've been informed that the child has been kicked out of two schools & we've been told little else apart from the fact that his mother thinks he's troubled, how on earth are anyone of us supposed to draw any conclusions? Although I suppose for those of us that live in the parallel universe governed by The Sun & Daily Mail she has given us enough information to damn them both
He is entitled to an education, so get in tocuh with the education department and see what they can offer, each local authority usually has other establishements to children that don't fit with mainstream.
You could also self refer to social services if the dificulties go beyond schooling and no they shouldn't rush to put him into care but maybe able to offer help, support and signpost you to other services

Do you actually know this woman & her child? Do you know for certain he's a yob inside & outside the classroom? Do you know why he was expelled?
Not every child who misbehaves in the classroom or gets expelled becomes a criminal. We haven't been told if he's a yob outside the classroom or if he's troublesome at home, as I pointed out we have not been told why this child has been expelled.
I hope venting your bile & bitterness on this woman helped you but I very much doubt it.
