Toddler Nose Bleed

Is it usual for a two year old toddler to have a nose bleed during the night?

every night or was it a one off?

My son has had small bleeds if hes knocked himself, that could be done during sleep?

If bleeds are more than a teaspoon or two and occur more than once a month go to docs for a checkup. Also ask Health Visitor at your clinic for advice.

My grandson has them here there and everywhere including in the middle of the night... He had been seen by the childrens hosp who are not worried by this...Apart from this he's absolutely fine.. They did wonder if he was allergic to some things...
