How do you know that the mother has taken the right child to the dna test and not a friends of the child in questions sister (who has a different dad)?

When a dna test is taken a swap of the mother father and child are taken to ensure that the child belongs to the mother then the paternity of the child can be revealed. So as long as the girls have a different mother then this will be revealed in the test if she took a different child. I hope this helps and did not sound too complicated.
