I am a 12 year old chid and am living with my mother.I am very unhappy there and want to come and live with my dad.My mum says i can not do this though,she even guessed that i wanted to come and live with my dad because my brother kind of dropped hints.How old do i have to be to come and live with my dad,and what rhights do i have in doing so?
