Hi - we have been trying for baby no2 for a couple of months now. I like to unwind most nights by having a bath, is this a bad idea when trying to get pregnant or is it better to be relaxed?? I know a couple months isn't a long time - but have just turned 36 so its playing on my mind. Cheers xx

I can't see that having a bath makes any difference.. unless it's 2 minutes after the "event" :o)
'event' lol - it's been a while since I've had an 'event' and the last thing I would wish for was a screaming expensive annoying brat!! lol - mother of the year - goes to Hippy..!
sometimes its a simple fact of that you trying to hard as silly as it sounds! i really can see no harm in having a bath if anything like you said its to relax you. Afriend of mine tried for 2 years with no luck, but when she went to see the doctor she gave him these tips 1] you syart ovulating around 14-10 days before your period, therefore thats the best time to concieve 2] semen takes about 48 hours to build back up so having sex EVERYNIGHT will not really make much difference 3] enjoy it and have fun! like my friend sais sex did become a bit of a neccessity for the two of them and put soooo much pressuse on themselves, however im now happy to say they have a gorgeous happy 4 year old now. good luck !
i have a bath every night and soak for ages, i have it really hot too and it didnt affect me.
when i fell pregnant i can pinpoint it down to having sex in the middle of the night. you dont get up afterwards, you dont go for a wee, just cosy up and fall asleep.
