You can't.

You could try emailing the edit through the 'contact us' at the bottom of the page.
You can't....you can only email the ed and ask him to remove it.

What was it....go on tell...!!

oops, i shouldnt be so rude and mean to people should i ?????

mmmmm pancake day soon :)
All you can do is go back the thread, post something really seriously abusive, and then the whole thread will get pulled.
Question Author

like how abusive? you super star

LOL

Well, if you can combine a bit of racism and sexism with lots of explatives, then that should work.

Of course ... if the thread doesn't get pulled, you're going to look a bit daft

(and the Editor might be away for the weekend).

Couldn't you just go back and do a new post, and say ...

"Hey, I've just looked back at my earlier post. I think I was wrong."

People do like it when you hold your hands up to your mistake in posts. You could come out of it quite well.

cat-you should see some of the stuff JJ has posted on here on a saturday morning-and (give JJ her dues) she laughs it all off
:<)
beejay ... what brings you here?

Are you lost, my darling?

=0)

(actually, I don't think I've been in the Family section before)

beejay !! Are you staring at my bum?

LOL

Well, I'm just trying to cheer up poor old cat murphy.

Would that be the answer where you said you were bored reading about Jade Goody and hope she dies soon?
You can go back to your answer and post over the top of it. With a bit of luck it will become unreadable, do it twice if needed.
The Ed rarely responds to requests to have questions or answers removed, the sewar rats are the exception of course.
cat murphy. An apology on the thread where you posted your offensive comments would be a start. That is if you genuinely mean it. If you have read through the whole of the thread you surely will have realised that you have upset and offended people who are suffering from cancers of various kinds, and who are kind enough to offer support to others in the same situation.
