nasty texts from my ex

Is there anything legally i can do to stop nasty and threatening texts from my ex which I always get before and after i have my children to stay with me?

Do you reply to these texts? If you do, then they are likely to continue, so the best thing to do, would be to just ignore whatever is being said and delete them. Eventually, she will get bored, as the effect she is seeking, will not be there.

I suggest that you change your mobile and only have contact through a third party or a land line until your ex grows up.

had a family member in a similar situation not so long ago. depending upon the severity of these messages you can report it to the police and they can get involved.

but in the meantime, do not reply to them. only when you have to reply you should, such as arrangements about having the children.

no not a rock ape i used to live in giraltar as father was in the forces. thanks though, there are some really nice and genuine people out there whose advice has really helped me which is always good to know.

Don't delete the messages, in fact save the SIM card because this is now evidence. In the UK it is illegal to use the telcom network to make anyone fearful or to offend them. Go to the police about this.
