Facebook Hack

I tried to get onto my facebook account on Monday, and apparently the password had been changed at 5.30am that morning, I have done all I can, sent in for password reset and reported the Hack, and all I get back is an initial e-mail, saying the Facebook team are looking into it, nothing else and it has been four days now and I still can't get into my account, has anyone has the same problem and how to fix it, I do not want to have to start up a new account.

My stepson's account was hacked and I reported it but havent heard anything from them either and that was about 3 weeks ago! I had also tried to closed his account but it doesnt seem to let that happen either.
You should be able to change your password if you follow the link and report the hack. I was able to change his.
Good luck, but do carry on contacting them and complaining!
