Hi there,
friends of ours have just moved into rented accommodation, they find pictures and photographs turned upside down and items that should be upstairs have been brought downstairs and vice versa,
when they complained to the landlord it turns out he had omitted to tell them of the problem.
so my question is how do you solve this problem.
by the way this ghost or whatever is not noisy, but these strange things just happen. Thank for any information you can give. Ray.

well firstly i have to ask what they expect the landlord to do about it? chances are even if he knew that something had happened in the past theres no telling that it would happen to others, thats more to do with believers and non believers.

are your friends feelin scared or just wondering why these things are happening?

I'd be interested to know how they can be certain that whatever is happening is down to more than one and how they know that there are children?

Thank you for your answer Redcrx,
they can hear children running about and toys have been played with overnight, as all the toys have been put away at bed time and their children are asleep next morning the toys have been used and are all over the room floor, also there is a strong smell of burning for No apparent reason.

Maybe before they go to bed they could get into the habbit of turning over all the photos in there house, grab a few random items up stairs and bring them down. The poltergiest will soon get rather frustrated realising its job is already done and move onto greener pastures.

If he hear the house talking to you and it tells him to "GEEEET OUUUT" Then im pretty sure he should hot foot as fast as his little legs can carry him and don't look back!
Ive always wondered why in horror films they stay!
Alternatively he should get an exorcist

can i ask what area you are in? I may be able to get someone to contact them if they require help or just answers.

But for a simple solution, have they actually tried asking whatever may be there to stop doing these things as they dont like it?

as red suggests, may be they should speak out loud and ask for the spirits to stop. Most poltegiests are harmless and just want you to be aknowledged that they are there, if they are children then im sure they just feel like there playing. Try and find a local medium/clairvoyant in your area and ask them to do a home visit perhaps, maybe they can find out what happened to them, if there was a fire etc. Another suggestion i can give is to give the nearest university a call, there are paranormal phycology courses all around the place and the students would love to use this as a case study.

So a ghost is the more likely explanation of a thing not being where you thought it was than either you forgot where it was or somebody else moved it and forgot to tell you? You are just being fanciful, ghosts do not exist.
