There's a very good watch repairers near us in Tring in Hertfordshire. They are called Watch Doctors and they specialise in servicing and repairing all makes of clocks and watches. They mended two watches for me - a Seiko and an Omega. They do a very good job at a very reasonable price (£35 +parts for a service).
Our local Leslie Davis store have/had their own horologist who can repair them on site or you can go into any Leslie Davis/Ernest Jones store and they'll send it off for you. They'll price up the repairs for you before they go ahead with any work, though, and return it for free if you're not happy to.
Swiss Time Services are Omega specialists they are at Stonebridge House, Main Road, Hockley, Essex SS5 4JH. E mail them and they can give you a rough idea of how much it will cost if you know what the problem is.
Omega is part of the Swatch Group, so you could try any Swatch retailer for help.
Repairs are done for many brands in the Group at one centre (which I believe is, or used to be , in London)
