I've got a recipe for it if you want one but I've never tried it so I don't know what it's like.I have been told though that it is very important to use a dark demi-john and bottles as otherwise it eventually goes a horrible "muddy" brown colour.
I find it difficult to comprehend how an ingredient as unpleasant as beetroot could result in a wine as pleasant as port. Are you sure there aren't some rose tinted tastebuds and wishing thinking involved ? If not, where can one find the recipe you use ?
ive made it started in november fermented it and bottled, great not like port a little dry, no taste of beetrrootoot used 2 litre of beetroot juice from tesco yeast sugar hey lovely
