Whats the correct measure to sell this in a bar.. i thought it was 50ml the same as baileys,but was in a bar last night and they were only serving 35ml?

You were done, chum. Actually there is no defined measure for sherry or martini, nor, strangely enough, brandy. But most establishments would serve a 50ml martini. Drink elsewhere! See what Bridgend Council says about it here (Word doc.)
I used to work in a pub and their measures for fortfied wine "martini" and port balieys etc was 50ml
I too have been ripped off for Baileys. Its very annoying indeed.
Martini and Baileys are double serves - so 50 ml.
i dont measure i count seconds.
always works for me.
if you feel like you got mugged tell the bartender believe me they want you to come back.
