what is the biggest selling vodka brand in the uk?

I used to work in pubs and also in an off license. The vodka that we sold the most was indeed Smirnoff (people thought this was the best even though we sold others), but i will advise you...this is not the best. Smirnoff is the 'commerical' vodka. Stolichnaya is slightly better but tesco's have started doing Bison Grass vodka which is good. There is a vodka bar in Hampsted Heath that does 30-40 different types of vodka. It does polish food (very nice) and the vodka is good (be carefull!) The place is called Zamoyski's (cant be sure of the spelling). Well worth a visit.

it is Smirnoff Red Label which i beleive sold around 25 million cases of 9 bottles in 2005 - therefore a total of 225 million bottles or around about 3.3 bottles for every man, woman and child in the UK.
