Champagne
Help! I have several bottles of champagne in my cupboard, some are a year old while a couple of others are about 4 years old. The trouble is I don't know which is which. Will they all still be drinkable or is there any way of telling which will be drinkable or am I just going to have to throw them all away (which I really don't want to do).

Non vintage Champange should keep for 3 to 4yrs if stored in a relatively cool wine cellar. (Cupboard under the stairs in my house.)
