...does anyone know the Spanish drink called Horchata? It's a sweet milky pink drink (like our own Nesquick) but it's made from tigernut. You can find it in most Spanish food markets/supermarket shops, in the fridge and longlife. If you have ever been to Valencia, where it originated, there are a lot of lovely cafe's selling it fresh out of chilled churns. But my question is does anyone know if I can get over here? - near London would be perfect.
