My friend is a tea nutter and she reckons that tea should be treated like veg. You wouldnt just eat carrots and expect that to be good for you. SHe drinks high quality green and white tea, puerh, black tea, chamomile and fruit teas all day. Green and white tea are packed with antioxidants but so is black tea, they are just different and green has the upperhand when it comes to weightloss and and antcarcinogens.
