I like a bottle or three of this beer but as supermarket stuff goes it's quite dear, �2.20 ish for a pint in North Lanc,s
Imagine my shock when I had a couple in a Pizza Express in Brighton last week.�5.95.!!!! EACH!!!!
I have come to the conclusion that water is the best drink with food in a restaurant and save some beer tokens for the "offie"

Someone at work was complaining the other day how much a bottle of Peroni was. He said it was about �4.

Shocking when you can get exactly the same from a supermarket for alot less. Drinking at home is where its at!
right - all round your's then booldawg!
No different from buying a pint can of Stella for �1 in a supermarket and paying nearly �3 in a pub.
Or paying �12 in a restaurant for a �4 bottle of wine.
You could cost up the food when you eat out. Bet you could cook the same thing at home for a lot less.
Too right carrot! Lets all get on my 'Guitar Hero' and drink cans of carling.
Although (according to Pizza Express online Menu) this is the 660ml size,it does seem rather expensives as you can buy a 660mil bottle in Sainsburys for �1.99!
I appreciate that they have overheads,but I agree that this does seem a bit of a rip off price.
