Can this be made a day in advance? Or must it be made just before serving?

Yes it can be made the day before but do not do the topping until the day of serving................re. Mrs sqad

If you have the willpower to leave it for a full day and night in the fridge, then it should be fine. I'd do the brulee topping just before serving though.... it doesn't take long with a blowtorch or under a grill.

Yes, I really do lick the lids of a famous brand of yogurt, I once appeared on their TV advert and I love the stuff !!

I didn't actually lick the lids in the advert !!! I only chose the name for Answer Bank as I didn't know what other name to choose. But, I do lick the lids in the privacy of my own home !!
