Homemade Steak, onion and mushroom pie tonight

hubby doesn't like summer pudding....plus I only have blackcurrants and raspberries in the freezer - had loads of strawberries over the weekend too.

If it had been a different flavour of cheesecake I would have gone for that, but I'm not keen on blackcurrants.

How about a baked banana cheesecake with a toffee sauce

Last week I used two skinless boneless chicken breasts and the last of the ham from a big gammon joint I'd cooked and added wild mushrooms to that in a creamy sauce, but instead of pastry, I put halved baby new potatoes on top and sprinkled with cheese it was yummy

I'm being brave tonight and having fish! I like the taste of fish but am bone phobic! Have a haddock fillet in chilli and lemon sauce stuff :-)
My OH is making himself a creation of haddock and prawns with some sprinkly stuff on, and having it with mash with sour cream and chive in and mediteranean veg.
