This is a followon to my post of a couple of weeks ago, I have made the lemon version to great acclaim and as requested today tried an orange version, but ended up with a bowl of unset liquid. What a waste!

maybe because oranges have nearly twice as much juice as lemon.... try measuring the amounts. :)

I did not think of that, just thought the acid was not as strong.
