Help........my chocolate ganache has gone hard.....if I add some more warmed cream, might that loosen it enough? I need to spread it between two chocolate cakes.....and I need to do it now......thanks in advance....

You may have let it get too cold, you could also and sugar water-syrup from tinned fruit will do it.
