How to crisp up chickennskin- thighs/legs

I cook in oven in sauce after bowning in oil and seasoning...flavours there but id prefer the skin crispy any idea how to pls x

Dredge in Wondra instant flour (or cake flour) Then deep fry in hot oil for 5 minutes. Remove chicken from fryer and blot excess oil. When chicken has cooled a bit, fry again in hot oil until light golden brown. Twice-fried allegedly removes trans-fat.
