Ice cream flavours

Ok, I've done strawberry, chocolate and vanilla ice creams to death now.

Thinking I may try some more unusual ones (with an ice cream maker). I fancy pistachio and brown bread ice cream.

What others could you suggest?

Breast Milk flavoured is available in a cafe in London somewhere, so perhaps if you're lactating???

Lol, there was a recipe for honey ice cream in the MOS supplement Sunday just gone. What about coffee flavoured, or even Tia Maria, Baileys would be good too. Berry flavoured, or even orange with some marmalade running through it.
