should've said that it's "Sarsaparilla".
Looks, and tastes a bit like dandelion & burdock.

The drink, which is still available in U.S., tastes very nearly like Root Beer...

Mmmmm - I remember drinking hot glasses of it at our local market in winter - delish!

I was referring to the English 'sarsaparilla' though.
