Polenta or cornmeal flour??
5 Answers
Hi all, I come across recipes for foods that are usually 'American' by tradition and they often include cornmeal flour. Having never been able to find it in a shop as it is not the same as corn flour (as I once thought).
Well Jaime Oliver uses such ingredient and says it can be substituted by polenta, and I have used this but I have no idea if this is a good substitute or should I be looking at finding cornmeal flour?
Thank you :0)
