According to Dent Dict. of Measurement a sherry schooner is

6-8 UK fluid ounces (17-23 centilitres)
"Sherry should be served in a schooner" - possibly, but only if you're running a British pub in the 1950s!!!

Nobody in Jerez would ever serve sherry in a schooner. Neither would any self-respecting vintner or restaurateur anywhere in the world. They'd all serve sherry in a catavino:

A 50ml measure should be used and sherry tends to be 17-22% in volume.
