Following on from a conversation at work about how different people have breakfast barms (or rolls/baps etc... for non Northerners) or what they do have for breakfast.
Barm wise I would have either sausage with on it's own, with tomato sauce or with egg, definitely no tomato sauce if egg though. Bacon either on it's own or with tomato sauce - definitely no egg with bacon in a barm though I'd have them together on a plate. No brown sauce either on anything - ick!.
I don't often have breakfast, just coffee usually, save the weekend but I'd go for cereal like Special K/Cornflakes/Frosties/Sugar Puffs with skimmed milk or hot oat cereal or Weetabix when it's colder (can't eat things like Cheerios, Cocoa Pops or Crunchy Nut Cornflakes) and maybe some toast with proper butter and marmite or marmalade - must be shredless though and not too strong.
I now have a really big craving for toast and marmalade!
Before I gave up smoking (around 4 years ago) it would be a large cappuchino from our work canteen and 2 fags. And long ago before that was a cheese and ham slice, coffee and fag to round off.
Now if I'm at home I have Oat so simple, apple & blueberry or golden syrup and a coffee and if at work a cappuchino and homemade ham/chicken slice sandwhich.
