Anyone got any timings for vegetables in a microwaveable pressure cooker

The advertised recipe book that came with this product was extremely limited.
What I've tried with timings from the Granny Gadget website have been very successful but any other advice would be truly appreciated.

This is a clip from Granny Gadgets website-
"I like my veggies ‘al dent’ so the times I’m giving here are the minimum. If you want softer veg add 30 seconds a time until you get the texture you want. I’m using an 850W microwave.
It seems that the basic principle is to use one measure of water. Cook with the valve at the top in the closed position.
To get ‘boiled’ veggies just put them straight in. for ‘steamed’ put the veggies in a bowl inside the pressure cooker.
Fresh Vegetables
Carrots 8 minutes
Cauliflower florets 5 minutes
Broccoli florets
5 minutes 8oz
Boiled potatoes for mash 10 minutes 1.5 lbs
New potatoes 1lb 7 minutes"
I will try your suggestion. It is failure I fear. I am a gadget freak ( I've bought enough equipment claiming to produce perfect poached eggs to feed the whole of West Yorkshire - if any of them worked (the egg poachers that is not the population of West Yorkshire)) and my wife is rather unforgiving when my latest kitchen equipment acquisition fails.
Wish me luck!
