i recently bought some sea bass because my husband tried it in a restaurant and liked it. i would appreciate some ideas on how to cook it. could i just wrap it in foil and bake it in the oven? if so, for how long and at what temperature? simple ideas please because i have broken my wrist which is why there are no capital letters. can only manage one-finger typing at present.

Skin on?
If you can put butter in the cavity of the fish, that should add to the juiciness. About 20 mins on a medium temperature.

Sorry to hear about the wrist. Hope you get better soon

thanks all for your suggestions also for your good wishes alba. it doesn't hurt just frustrating trying to do things. don't think i can risk using a frying pan though which is why i asked about the oven.
Get hubby to fry it...only takes a few mins.
I like to cook it headless, gutted with skin on. I rub olive oil over the fish with my hands and grind some rock salt on top and bang it in the oven. I used to eat it that way at least twice weekly when I lived over in Spain. It's juiciest that way.
